Please contact our sales representative to obtain an RMA number prior to returning your product. You may email to [email protected] or call 1-866-WellGain (1-866-935-5424). No return will be accepted without Well Gain's RMA number.
All claims must be made in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving merchandise. Please include a copy of a failure report, part number, purchase order number, quantity, and quantity being returned.
The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box.
Product must be in the original condition and the same package as when it was received by you or your company.
RMA will be void if the product is not received by Well Gain within 30 days of the RMA date.
C.O.D. Returns will not be accepted.
All return parts are subject to inspection and testing by our technical department. Parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Shipping charge cannot be refunded. Special modified items as per customer request are not eligible for a refund.
A credit will be issued within 15 days after receipt of the product.
Any packages shipped to Well Gain before all of these steps have been completed will be rejected.
All RMA's are at the sole discretion of Electronics EZ Find/ Well Gain Electronics, Inc.
Return shipping is at customer expense. All fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In addition, no returns will be accepted if the equipment is damaged, marred or the warranty seal has been broken. Where custom products, equipment, or services and/or special purchased equipment are/is involved, these products, equipment, or services may not be returned and customer shall be responsible for the full price of all products, equipment, services and related work in progress.
All diagnostic fees, repairs and custom programming are NCNR (non-cancellable non-refundable)!
