Ship us your Defective Item 

Once We receive your Defective Item, Defective Item will be sent to a Technician, Diagnosed, and then Repaired. 

Repairs are generally completed in 5-10 Business days, but if the repair is complex, it can take longer. 

If there are delays, We will contact you via Email/Call. In rare instances, If the item is Non Repairable, 

We will email you and provide options should you want the item returned to you.  

Your Newly Repaired item will be shipped back to you at your expense Using  UPS service (USA Orders Only) 

The Prepaid Return Label Costs will be Paid By You

EXCHANGE item OPTION:

This option provides a discounted price as this is an exchange service. 

Ship us your Defective item. Your item must be deemed repairable before we ship your exchange.

Once your EXCHANGE item arrives to us and is deemed repairable, 

We will ship out your Replacement / Refurbished item using UPS service.

Our Repair Service is Backed by a One-year Labor and Parts Coverage Policy  (shipping is NOT Included after 60 days)
